17th Street RP operates community websites and game-related services. This policy covers data we control on our sites and systems. Discord, Twitch, Kick, Cfx.re, payment processors, and hosting providers have their own policies for data they process.
Information we collect
Account & identity: Discord ID, username, avatar, and roles when you log in or join our Discord; game identifiers (such as license/tokens) when you play on our server.
Gameplay & moderation: character-related records needed to run the city, reports, bans, logs, and anticheat-related signals as configured on the server.
Website: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited (via hosting/CDN logs or analytics if enabled). Live stream features may request public live status from Twitch/Kick for listed creators.
Purchases: payment details are handled by the payment provider — we typically receive confirmation, product entitlements, and limited customer identifiers, not full card numbers.
How we use information
To operate the server and websites, authenticate users, enforce rules, provide customer support, deliver purchased perks, improve stability/security, and communicate service updates.
We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above — for example active accounts, moderation history, and purchase records. Retention periods vary by data type and legal/operational need.
Your choices
You can leave Discord, stop playing, or request access/deletion where applicable by contacting staff through official channels. Some records (such as ban history) may be retained when necessary for safety and abuse prevention.
Browser controls and platform privacy settings also affect cookies and third-party embeds.
Children
Our services are intended for users who meet Discord/FiveM age requirements. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below those ages.
