The service
17th Street RP provides a FiveM roleplay community, related websites (including 17thstreetrp.net and subdomains), Discord, and optional digital products or memberships. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
We are an independent community. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or Cfx.re beyond normal use of their platforms.
Eligibility & accounts
You must follow Discord, FiveM/Cfx.re, and applicable platform age and terms requirements. You are responsible for activity on accounts linked to you (Discord, game identifiers, store accounts).
You may not share, sell, or transfer access in a way that violates our rules or platform terms. Ban evasion (including alternate accounts to bypass punishments) is prohibited.
Community rules
Gameplay and Discord conduct are governed by our Server Rules. Breaking those rules may result in warnings, removals, kicks, bans, or loss of roles/access without a refund where purchases are involved.
Staff decisions are made to protect the community. Appealing through the designated process is the correct channel — harassment of staff is not.
Purchases & digital goods
Optional paid items (for example queue priority, cosmetics, or memberships, if offered) are digital and generally non-transferable. Availability, pricing, and benefits may change. See the Refund Policy for payment disputes and refunds.
Acceptable use
Do not cheat, exploit, attack, scrape, or disrupt our services or other players. Do not upload illegal content, malware, or material that infringes others’ rights. Do not use our brand to imply official partnership without permission.
Disclaimer & limitation
Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, specific roleplay outcomes, or compatibility with every FiveM client/mod setup.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, 17th Street RP and its staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
